I've worn this cami under a blouse to work and then straight to bed, and it works for both. The cross-back straps sit flat instead of digging in, and it came out of the wash looking the same.

The silky charmeuse feels much more luxurious than the price suggests, and it's held up great through several washes without losing its sheen. My only tiny gripe is the fit runs a bit loose, but that's honestly perfect for lounging.
